You receive incoming fault messages and requests by phone or ticket system You can classify, prioritize and document these professionally Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot disturbances in the DSL and fiber network as well as in the home network of our customers Complex disorders guide you to our specialist departments or suppliers As a communicative interface, ensure a smooth flow of information between the departments involved You take care of the 1st and 2nd level support in the Helpdesk area Internet / Telecommunications You always process technical inquiries service-oriented, friendly and solution-oriented

Successfully completed training in the TK industry or comparable experience Experience in telephone support/in customer consulting Knowledge of techniques WLAN, DSL, VDSL, VoIP and FTTB/H desirable Quick conception and communication skills in handling customers Embossed service and customer orientation as well as reliable and independent operation Safe handling of Microsoft Office, experience with ticket systems desirable Flowing German knowledge
