General responsibility for occupational safety, fire protection and company safety (HSE) at the site Implementation and further development of the HSE strategy, guidelines, standards and KPI in the Group and at the location Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, standards and regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, ASiG, BetrSichV, DGUV) Implementation and updating of risk assessments, operational instructions, technical safety checks and internal audits and missions Construction, maintenance and control of HSE reporting (metrics, management reporting) Planning and implementation of fire protection, emergency and crisis management (including alarm, evacuation and deployment plans) Establishment and monitoring of physical safety (access controls, perimeter protection) and control of security requirements for foreign companies and subcontractors Conception, coordination and implementation of training (including online tools), instruction and awareness measures on HSE topics Advising management, executives and departments in HSE questions as well as close cooperation with HR, Legal, Compliance and business physician Management of investment and security projects and active promotion of a living security culture readiness for national and international missions

Complete technical or scientific studies (e.g. safety engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering) or technical/handcrafted training with multi-year practice in the field of occupational safety/HSE Recognised qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa) according to ASiG or comparable public-law certification Knowledge of occupational safety legislation and relevant DGUV regulations Ideally additional qualifications, e.g. ISO 45001 (Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or comparable) Ideally fire protection officer (e.g. training according to vfdb/VdS) or proof of appropriate training Qualification in safety/object protection (e.g. safety management TÜV, IHK or A.) Experience in risk analysis, risk assessments, accident studies/RootCause Analysis Remarkable: Qualification as first aid trainers or comparable additional training
