To strengthen our team in Werne we are looking for

You produce liquid, pasty and powdery baking products and actively control our production plants You ensure that all raw materials are ready, fill plants and monitor the production process You work with modern control systems and keeps in mind quality, quantities and processes You carry out smaller maintenance, cleaning and simple analyses during operation Your development perspective: Structured integration into all systems and processes You actively contribute to optimizing processes Step by step, you take more responsibility within the layer and are guided to first leadership tasks Preparation for a role as deputy shift leader

Complete training - e.g. as a specialist for food technology, chemical, bakery, confectioner or machine and plant guide You know about food hygiene, quality management, machine operation and IT systems You have already worked in production - ideally in the food industry A team-oriented personality that motivates employees, with acquiring them and keeps an overview even in challenging situations You are ready to work in the 3-shift system (Monday morning to Saturday morning, 38-hour week) - Flexibility is yours
