Measurement Technician (m/w/d) VDA Sampling

For a company based in the attractive Lake Constance, we are looking for a measuring technician (m/w/d) for the automotive sector, VDA sampling. Design your main tasks as a future measurement engineer (m/w) and work out measurement tasks conventionally, tactilely and optically and evaluate them with polyworks. You can also create measurement, test and first sample test reports as well as measurement series for preliminary processability tests and determination of the processability indices. At FMEA ́s you work with and take over the monitoring of the test equipment. You will also prepare production-related measurements and support the development of test and teaching concepts as well as measurement recordings for series products. In conclusion, you are the representation of goods receipt checks as well as the running control.

After your completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, you have been able to gain experience in VDA samples, conventional measuring technology (AUKOM 1 u. 2) and CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines (KMG). Experiences with polyworks or Calypso and good knowledge of 3D measurement technology as well as quality assurance in plastics processing are desirable. The regulations DIN ISO 9001:2008 and IATF 16949 are familiar to you. Personally, you are characterized by your rapid understanding and reliability.
