At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively shape the working world – support the works council in key topics and get exciting insights into central business processes. Support of the Works Council in daily work Preparation and support of business meetings Pre- and post-processing of the BR session and creating the session log Organisation of training (including orders) Communication and correspondence with internal and external bodies such as HR, union and training providers Support for intranet appearance and public relations Organisation, administration and evaluation of BR documents (digital and partly analog) Creation and evaluation of surveys

Studies in law/work law, human resources management, sociology, BWL or in a comparable course Availability every Thursday (otherwise flexible) Flowing German knowledge and good English skills Good communication skills Good MS365 knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) Ideally basic knowledge/interest in legal and/or economic (partial) areas
