Student trainee in vocational preparation (teaching degree / educational sciences / social work)

You accompany participants in vocational preparation and support them in the fields of mathematics, German, earth science, biology, or self-organized learning. Your focus is on individual funding as part of a learning group with a maximum size of 6 students. In addition, you support the promotion of young participants who are affected by learning, mentally ill and autistic, who want to get to know and orientate different professions in the course of professional preparation. With empathy and fun, you will also perform training sessions in our training teams and activate the learning motivation of the participants. You organize and accompany excursions.

You are an immatricated student in the Department of Education or in a comparable course of study such as social work or education. Ideally, you already have first experiences in working with young people. You have the pleasure of communicating knowledge and individual promotion. A positive attitude and openness to people with different personal and cultural backgrounds is obvious to you.
