Finding talents: As a talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you choose employees:inside for our customer projects - from graduates:inside to experienced professionals Interview management: You conduct independently interviews - by phone, by video or personally Optimize the recruiting process: You are a contact person for a smooth run:in for candidate:into the successful setting and also take over the switching of job advertisements Active Search: You are using proven and new recruiting channels, and Kandidat speaks: in addition to our internal database and career platforms Personal marketing: You are part of the planning and co-design of personal marketing measures such as trade fair appearances, university events and take on occasional social media postings

A successfully completed study or a comparable qualification Professional experience in recruiting or personal management, also through internships or student activities Flexibility, dynamics and curiosity as well as interest in current recruiting trends and innovative approaches Open and independent operation as well as pronounced communication strength and a strong Hunter mindset Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level)
