In order to further expand our growth and secure service quality in the long term, we are looking for a motivated personality that builds customer relationships as well as professionally supervises existing objects.

Your tasks

Sales & new customer acquisitions

• Active response of potential new customers in the regional environment
• Creation of offers and calculations
• Participation in initial discussions and presentation of our company

Object management & quality assurance

• Regular object checks and quality checks
• Ensuring compliance with our cleaning and service standards
• Coordination with cleaning staff and internal contact persons

Customer communication & complaint management

• Contact for existing customers
• Fast and professional processing of complaints
• Development of long-term customer relationships

Your development perspective

If the agreed targets are successfully incorporated and reached, after 12 months there is the possibility to assume the role of the stellar operating management.

Your profile

• Professional experience in building cleaning, object management, sales or customer care desirable
• High-communication, solution-oriented personality
• Structured and independent operation
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Class B licence required
• German in word and writing
