Team Leader (Individual) Software Projects (m/w/d)

As a team leader*in (individual)softwareprojects (m/w/d), you as a passionate leadership, experienced IT expert and project management professional, together with your team, bear the responsibility for delivering tailor-made software solutions to our customers that meet their needs You guide the employees of your team professionally and disciplinaryly, answer the recruitment process, conduct employee talks, promote further development through targeted training measures and control and monitor the target agreements of your employees You guide the team goals from the corporate and department goals and develop your team strategy Keeping the overall overview, identifying challenges and risks during the project, introducing necessary corrections and ensuring that projects are carried out on schedule, quality and budget-oriented Start project plans, coordinate resources, and report regularly on project and team development You support sales in acquisitions, offerings and customer support. In cooperation with external sub-contractors, you also take a key role in the negotiations

You have several years of professional experience in monitoring and controlling medium and large individual software projects as well as budget experience You also have several years of experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams with at least 5 employees To control projects in such a way that they are completed in “quality, time, budget & scope”, is of course for you You are versed in dealing with project contracts, regular exchange with customer representatives at different levels of control, and reports of project key information in corresponding internal and external bodies Our projects focus on both the customer side and the CONET ISB. You can show us how to successfully apply the professional project team leadership, identify potential conflicts at an early stage, deescaling and controlling them to meet the common project goals You have very good German language skills in word and writing that correspond at least to category C1 (very good German language skills are essential)
