significantly shape the detector system including detector-close electronics and firmware of our high-precision EUV masks metrology and inspection platform and analyze, optimize and translate the required requirements into customer-oriented solutions

Develop and evaluate performance budgets, derive modular system and assembly concepts from them, and ensure their performance (simulation and test)

ensure overall functionality and feasibility (including procurement, integration, testing, transport, conformity) over the entire life cycle of the respective products

design and successfully implement the development of the entire system with development partners from the idea to series production

Tuning and optimizing interfaces to the superordinate overall system

Participation in the integration of the detector solutions into a technical overall concept for the EUV Masken Metrology System and co-design of the structure and performance of the overall system
