Ensuring the smooth operation of personnel systems together with your team Administration, care and continuous development of HR systems, in particular Interflex, ADP Paisy and ADP Travel Support of the HR department in the efficient use of the systems Solution of technical questions to ensure optimal system usage Implementation of bug analyses and proactive measures to address systemic problems Ensuring trouble-free operation of HR systems Participation in the harmonisation and standardisation of HR processes in cooperation with other departments Promoting the efficient use of systems across different platforms Drive forward the further development and digitization of HR processes to increase efficiency Initiation and support of projects for process optimization and support in larger system adaptations Implementation of new software solutions for continuous improvement of the HR system landscape Adapting HR systems to the needs of departments

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, human resources management, business management or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field, ideally focusing on HR-IT and project management. Knowledge and practical experience in handling the HR system Interflex (by Allegion). Intensive experience in project management. Ideally, first experiences with other HR systems such as ADP Paisy, ADP Travel or the HR Suite of GuideCom. Very good communication skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues. Structured, independent operation and high problem solution orientation. Teamability and ability to work both independently and in close cooperation with other departments.
