Working Student Content Creation (m/f/d)

Together with the team of the Karl-Winterhalter-Akademie, you develop storyboards and scripts for new courses and create e-learnings and learning videos. Regular corrections and link checks help you continuously improve our existing courses and learning paths. You update existing courses and presentations in our new corporate design. You support translations and apply them to the courses. You check learning content on accessibility and implement necessary optimizations. You test new and existing courses on different devices (e.g. tablet) and in popular browsers. With the help of the monthly reports from the Learning Management System (LMS), you keep an overview of course usage, learning progresses and feedback – and design new feedback forms with advanced questions about course quality when needed. You plan and realize special formats, like our 'AdventskaLERNder 2026'. Even small administration tasks are part of your everyday life.

You are ideally in a master's degree in media science or a comparable field. You have fun creating learning formats. Ideally, the programs Rise and Vyond are a term for you. You have creativity, team spirit and an eye for details. An independent and structured way of working, as well as the ability to introduce your own ideas, distinguishes you. Your team skills as well as your strong communication skills help you make e-learnings appealing from complex learning content. Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite for successfully implementing these tasks in our international group of companies.
