Own production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to applicable accounting standards (e.g. HGB, IFRS) Processing of daily financial accounting, including accounting of business incidents Review and clarification of main and secondary books and voting of bank accounts and other accounts Management of all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing invoices and dunning You create financial reports and financial statements You support budget preparation and expenditure management for assigned accounts You monitor and record financial transactions in accordance with the Company's policies and regulations You support the managing director of the subsidiary and the financial manager in managing internal control activities, insurance policies and general risk liabilities

Studied or successfully completed commercial training, like with further training to the account holder Multi-year professional experience Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Principles and Standards Knowledge of creditor and debitor accounting Good knowledge about accounting software (Oracle, HFM) Communication talent in German and English (word and writing) Self-responsibility, reliability and motivation as well as a solution-oriented way of working together with a high level of demand for the continuous improvement of our processes in financial and accounting
