(Junior) Pre-Trip Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a “(Junior) Pre-Trip Quality Manager” (m/w/d), you’re looking for a really nice travel experience of our guests through the pre-quality assurance of hotels, tour guides, program & vehicles. You communicate directly with our partners in the travel country, so that the travel components used for departure dates meet our planned quality standards. Up-to-date focus of your role: You are responsible for the quality assurance of the travel programme, i.e. the centrepiece of the round trip, as well as the planned vehicles that significantly influence the comfort on a round trip. The role can also include the quality of hotels or guides. Quality management before departure: You are looking ahead to check whether the travel components used meet our quality standards before each departure date. In the event of a deviation from our quality standards, you will develop a solution with our product & quality teams in the short term, so that guests can still get a perfect travel experience Focus “Programme Quality”: You recognize changes in the travel program at an early stage and make sure the program is adhered to. If this is not possible, you will develop suitable solutions together with our partners: both in the country of travel, so that our program is optimally implemented even in case of plan changes. Focus “Vehicle Quality”: You recognize early & short term deviations from the planned vehicle quality of our transfer agencies in the travel country and, in coordination with our partners, make sure that the vehicles used meet our standards at any time Direct communication with our partners:in the country of travel: You are mainly in English and by videocall, telephone or email with our suppliers: Solution-finding with product & quality teams: You will find together with your internal interfaces in developing sustainable solutions for these topics With the help of process optimization: You support your leadership in improving our quality processes through your observations and feedback
