Coordinate and control external service providers (e.g. for cleaning, gardening, winter service).

Monitor and control all technical systems (e.g. fire alarm, sprinkler, heating, ventilation, electricity and break-in systems, generators).

Ensure the smooth operation by monitoring the building control technology.

Responsible for the budget for facility management and building management.

Develop and implement emergency plans for technical disturbances.

Shopping of industrial and industrial equipment for industrial trucks in cooperation with technical purchasing.

At least 3 years of professional experience in object management.

Successfully completed technical or craft training.

First leadership experience is of advantage.

High service and solution orientation.

Embossed communication capability, coupled with an independent and sovereign mode of operation.

Very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, SharePoint), SAP and FM software knowledge.
