The event management and sports facilities unit of the city of Landsberg am Lech creates the right framework for this: we plan and accompany a wide range of events formats and serve the urban venues and sports facilities. This allows us to ensure that different events and sports activities can be successfully achieved.

You take over the conception, calculation, implementation and reflection of urban events, e.g. at our Stadtfest, the Bayertorfest or for subprojects of the Volksfest. During the events, you will ensure a smooth process by taking care on site. Städtische places and premises (e.g. Aula Mittelschule, Multipurposehalle, Eishalle) for cultural and other events are rented by you. You advise and supervise organizers as well as visitors and acquire cultural and social events. The costing and monitoring of the budget of the subject area is in your hands.

You have a successfully completed vocational training for the event businessman or the event businessman or comparable; alternatively, you have a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector with a multi-year professional experience in the enrolled field. You convince with their flexibility and a high affinity for event management as well as an experienced handling of MS Office.
