Professional Experience as a Barkeeper (m/w/d), Bartender or Mixologe in Gastronomy is a prerequisite Discovered knowledge of classic cocktail recipes (Sours, Highballs, Manhattans, Negronis & Co.) Safe handling of taps, espresso machines and bar equipment Experience with high guest performance in breakfast, lunch and evening business Careful appearance and perfect handling Friendly, open being and joy at guest contact Loadability and multitasking talent also in peak times Responsibility for cash, goods management and hygiene Good German knowledge, English skills of advantage (international guests at Stachus) Ready for early, middle and late services in the rotating system

Mixes and maintains classic cocktails, long drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks at the highest level Prepare high-quality coffee specialities for our breakfast and daily business Meet our guests at bar and table friendly, competent and attentive Service our automatic carving system, screen carrier presso machine and all popular bar tools safe and routined Take the Mise en place before service starts: clothing, juices, syrups, ice cubes, glasses Provides cleanliness, order and hygiene at the bar (HACCP standards) Responsible for the collection, inventory control and reorders Take the cash register independently and counts correctly after strata end Works closely with service and kitchen team for a smooth process
