Laser Systems Service Engineer (Office and Field Service) (m/f/d)

Technical support: You support our international customers and branches by phone and e-mail with demanding technical questions and are a competent contact person. Error diagnosis: You analyze disturbances and complex fault images on our laser systems and help identify and correct the causes. Practical service: You travel to our customers in Germany and abroad, carry out commissioning and service operations and ensure the smooth operation of our laser systems. Product improvement: You actively contribute your experience from customer deployments and support cases to the further development of our products and processes.

Technical qualification: You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable discipline. Expertise: You have a thorough understanding of technical systems and are delighted to solve complex technical issues. Travel and pleasure for change: You like to travel and you like the mix of technical support at Laserline and international service. Customer focus: You work service- and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in demanding customer situations.
