You serve and advise independently a defined group of employees in all personal, labour and social insurance issues.

You control and accompany the entire recruiting process from job alerts to selection to contract design for our commercial and commercial employees.

You take over the administrative handling of all personnel processes, including the creation of contracts, certificates and certificates, as well as the maintenance of personal files and data.

You work with the works council trustfully and cooperate in the design and negotiation of business agreements.

You are actively involved in the design, organisation and implementation of diverse HR projects and the further development and optimization of existing human resources processes.

You have a successfully completed economic study with a focus on personnel or a comparable training with corresponding further training in personnel.

You bring well-founded, multiannual professional experience in a generalist HR position and have comprehensive knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law.

You are characterized by an independent, structured and proactive way of working, as well as a high degree of sense of responsibility and discretion.

You convince by their pronounced communication and team skills as well as their sovereign and binding appearance at all hierarchy levels.

You have very good user knowledge in the current MS Office applications and have ideally already experience in handling personnel management systems.
