You are a contact person:in for our international customers, with a focus on French-speaking customers, and the field service and advises comprehensively on our products and services You collect and check orders in SAP, check the availability of the products, take into account freight and customs regulations and ensure a timely delivery You create individual offers based on customer requests, actively track them and ensure that all relevant object information is collected You regularly monitor and update our master, address and object data You enter completed objects, clarify refurbishment requirements as well as customer requests and lead complaints You actively support and support projects from the operational areas and support special tasks such as translations and process optimization

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in (international) sales and brings enthusiasm and willingness to learn with You can communicate effortlessly at international level thanks to your language skills in French, German and English You convince yourself with a secure appearance in direct contact with customers and draw a high level of communication You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a similar qualification You are routined in dealing with CRM systems and know how to build and maintain relationships
