Office organisation: Support for sales management and project participants in administrative and organisational tasks of our worldwide sales activities Independent project coordination: internal coordination of project status, monitoring and maintenance of the ERP database, creation of evaluations In- and external correspondences: Creating presentations, offers, invoices and documentation (multilingual) Travel management: scheduling, coordination and monitoring Takeover of representation tasks in other sales secretariats

Completed commercial training with multi-year professional experience in similar function Experience in the office organization with international customer traffic, as far as possible in a manufacturing company Good to very good knowledge of common office applications and in dealing with ERP systems Self-employed and structured working, communication and team skills Intercultural experience in dealing with people of different cultures and very good ways of dealing Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, another foreign language is desirable
