You market large decentralized heat, cold and photovoltaic systems, heat networks, quarter solutions, energy storage solutions, BHKWs, bivalent generation technology, charging infrastructure and other energy services. You actively and autonomously identify new customers, address them technically, plan and use all relevant sales channels. You win new customers and enter them in the associated sales area by independent processing of all necessary business operations in cooperation with the specialist departments. You take over the management and coordination of the entire acquisition process, control internal project teams for customer projects until handover to realization. You evaluate customer projects from economic and strategic points of view and create sound business cases. You develop and realize sales campaigns and tailor-made energy concepts.

You have completed university studies in the field of (economic) engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in technical project sales and project development, ideally related to contracting solutions, heat supply, energy services or quartering solutions. You have well-founded, practical and cross-process expertise in energy application, heat supply, hot water preparation and the implementation of complex technical projects. You have experience in project management and work safely in interdisciplinary teams.

You have a strong sales strength and follow your goals with a clear final focus. In customer contact you will always be safe, confident and professional and convince by a high social competence. You argue convincingly, conduct negotiations in a targeted manner and successfully conclude them. Your work is characterized by a high self-initiative, strong self-organization and a strong enforcement capability.
