Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from the job to the setting Active consultation and support of candidates (including pre-selection, communication, appointment) Development and maintenance of appropriate recruiting channels (e.g. online portals, social media, networks) Organisation and development of a streamlined candidate management Participation in employer-branding measures and career side Care and evaluation of applicant data and reporting on recruiting key figures

Completed commercial training, studies in the field of HR, human resources management or comparable quality First to multiannual experience in recruiting or staffing, ideally in the field of services or firm Structured, reliable working mode with high organizational capacity Communication strength and safe occurrence vis-à-vis employees and internal contact persons Interest in digital tools and modern recruiting methods discretion, commitment and a good sense for people Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
