The employment is first terminated for a period of one year; the subsequent takeover into an indefinite working relationship is provided for in probation. The grouping is possible up to 6 TV-L in the event of all tariff and personal conditions. A monthly theatre service allowance according to § 2 para. 1 TV-Staatstheater-Baden-Württemberg.
