MBSE Support Engineer (m/w/d)

You continuously develop the MBSE process as part of a higher-level Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) strategy (focus points DOORS and/or Magic Draw). You plan the further development and customizing of the engineering tools (headings DOORS and/or Magic Draw) and implement this accordingly. You independently train and support internal and external stakeholders in the application and implementation of processes, methods and tools. You monitor compliance and correct use of processes, methods and tools in engineering. You plan, tax and implement the necessary specialist activities in customer projects and offers. You support the development and implementation of the strategy for the Engineering and MBSE system. You support the selection, adaptation and provision of engineering tools as well as the creation and maintenance of technology roadmaps.

You can have a successfully completed university degree in the natural or engineering sciences or a comparable degree. You have a qualification in the field of “Systems Engineering” or you are ready to acquire it. You have very good knowledge and practical experience in the field of requirements engineering, desirable are sound knowledge in DOORS and/or Magic Draw. You have very good knowledge and practical experience in the development of technical systems and can quickly capture complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems. You work independently and result-oriented and have a strong communication capability. You have compromise and enforcement capability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
