(Senior) Project Manager IT - Infrastructure & Transition im Team Business Transformation (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Project Manager*in, you run customers through complex IT infrastructure and service transfer projects. You accompany them from design to operation and make sure that projects are structured, efficient and sustainable. Sovereignly, you control projects over the entire life cycle, keep an overview and ensure smooth processes. At the same time, you develop customer relationships, recognize potential for improvement and introduce new ideas. You continuously develop your own expertise. End-to-end control: You are responsible for implementing infrastructure and transition projects from conception to implementation to transfer to operation.

Consultancy and optimization: You support customers in modernising their system and application landscapes. Processes and service quality are improved sustainably. Methodology and transparency: You control projects, resources and risks in a structured manner and provide clear communication and professional reporting for transparency at all levels.

Customer focus: Existing relationships are actively designed. You identify potential for improvement, implement measures and take responsibility for expanding strategic opportunities.

Transition experience: multiannual management of infrastructure and transition projects from solution design to service operation, experience in regulated environment and service management is beneficial

Expertise: sound knowledge about IT infrastructure, architectures and processes as well as the ability to implement complex solution designs structured

Stakeholder leadership: strong communication capability and sovereign management of stakeholders and governance structures
