What do you expect? Individual advice: With your expertise, you advise our customers competently and holisticly with your financing requests around the property.

Network: You create individual financing solutions and work with our partners and specialist departments.

Sales: Whether personal or digital – you are a contact person for our customers in the field of construction financing.

Quality standards: You recognize customer needs and signals, develop customized financing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through first-class service.

Responsibility: You independently meet financing decisions as part of your credit competence.

What are you doing? A completed vocational training ideally as a bank businessman/wife or real estate businessman/wife will award you.

You have first experiences in sales.

You have a basic understanding of private real estate financing and the brokerage business.

Own initiative, commemoration and enforcement. Your attitude is crucial to us.
