TASKS Cross-site technical and disciplinary management of the internal team of engineers and experts (7 employees) including regular employee dialogue Planning and prioritisation of the development of new exchange devices (priority turbine class Delta4000) and their documentation for Nordex Service CAPEX & OPEX budget planning, incl. regular review of ongoing projects Conducting regular project meetings with external development partners and ensuring that milestones are met Coordinating and summarising the results after technical tenders. Driving decision making based on defined factors Planning prototype tests and initial field validation, as well as ensuring a smooth transition of the finished product into series production Regular reporting to (senior) management

YOUR PROFIL Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience as a manager or at least 5 years of experience as a project manager Very good organizational skills to be able to manage many ongoing issues Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders Enjoy group management and development Strong team and communication skills Excellent English language skills, Spanish if possible
