You occupy a central position as the first contact person or first contact person, personally and on the telephone, for parents and patients of the Clinic for Children and Youth Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy of the University Hospital Cologne. You are responsible for the non-medical organization of the ambulance and administrative procedures of the clinic, in close cooperation with the multi-professional team.
