Looking for personal assistance on a mini-job basis (m/f/d)

I'm looking for several reliable and dedicated personal assistants (m/w/d) that support me (41, female) due to my disease ME/CFS (Myalgical Enzephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in everyday life.

Since my illness is accompanied by a severely restricted physical and mental resilience, I need help with various everyday tasks in order to effectively divide my existing powers and avoid overloads.

Your tasks

• Support for smaller tasks in the household, e.g. clean up kitchen and keep order
• Make purchases
• Occasionally prepare simple meals or support cooking
• Other smaller daily activities by arrangement

Regular maintenance cleaning is already taken over by another person. It is therefore expressly not a classic budgetary aid for basic cleaning, but a flexible and practical support in everyday life.

Framework conditions

• Employment on a mini-job basis
• Approx. 2 bets per week with 2–3 hours each
• Use times preferably from late morning to early afternoon
• The inserts can be designed flexibly after consultation and possibility
• Several people are requested to spread support to several shoulders.

Another important note

It is expressly not a nursing activity. Body-related care or support in body hygiene are not required. The focus is on economic activities and practical everyday aids.
