Head of Marketing & Communications – Achern (m/f/d)

Do you want to design marketing not only, but to position it as measurable growth drivers? As Head of Marketing & Communication, you will report directly to the sales manager and actively shape Securiton's growth strategy as part of the leadership team – with responsibility for brand, pipeline, sales contribution and employer attractiveness. You continue developing our marketing strategy and are responsible for the measurable contribution of marketing to pipeline and sales, which you control together with sales. You lead and develop our interdisciplinary marketing team and scale structures, processes and competencies for the next phase of growth. You sharpen the positioning of Securiton and ensure a strong, consistent brand appearance. You scale our digital lead generation and improve range, conversion and lead quality. Together with the staff sector, you make Employer Branding a central lever for the planned personnel growth and strengthen our social media communication. You interlink marketing closely with sales and product management and control campaigns, customer stories, trade fairs and consistent lead reprocessing. You are responsible for budget, resources and agencies and manage the marketing impact on clear KPIs.

Multiannual experience in managing a team of at least five employees, as well as in building and scaling marketing teams and organisations in a growth phase A completed degree with a focus on marketing, communication or business management – alternatively a comparable training with corresponding professional experience Experience gained in B2B marketing of a technology-focused company or in an agency with comparable customers as well as with information-intensive products and complex target groups Wide expertise in digital marketing and lead generation, brand management, sales communication and employer branding Experience in the effective use of AI tools and marketing automation as well as a good understanding of current developments such as GEO/AISO alongside classic SEO Safe handling of modern MarTech solutions and data-based marketing control; ideally complements contact points with AI-based lead scoring and predictive analytics Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation strength and joy in close cooperation with sales, product management and personnel Very good German knowledge and occasional readiness to travel
