Head of Construction and Maintenance - Hamm Branch Office (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is the management of the construction and maintenance of the Hamm branch with the associated departments and project teams, as well as the responsibility for strategic and operational achievement. You assume the overall responsibility for the construction and maintenance programme of the business unit, control budget use, priorities, quality and appointments, and decide on essential contracts with construction companies and engineering offices. In addition to the perception of all management and management tasks, you control and design the processes in the business area and continuously develop structures, procedures and cooperation. You will also participate in specialist bodies and represent the business area, in particular in major construction and infrastructure projects. In addition, you are responsible for regular reporting to the branch office, branch office and headquarters on projects, achievement of objectives and key developments.
