Portfolio management for the responsible product segment Product controlling [Sales, prices and costs, marketability] within the product lifecycle Strategic market and environment analyses [market trends, regulations, political environment, technologies, competitors] Description and definition of new product ideas and business cases with internal departments, national and international stakeholders within and outside the group Cooperation in strategic projects [new developments and product changes] Development of market introduction strategies and concepts Accompanying the introduction of new products and systems Training the Trainers as part of product launches Technical product support in 2nd level

First-class interpersonal, empirical and communicative skills Joy in networking with people and promoting themes together Very good organizational and coordination capacity as well as excellent team capability Ability to identify complex relationships and moderate with the team Willingness to take responsibility Joy in parallel management of various cross-sector projects or Tasks Preferentially completed technical studies or alternatively completed training with corresponding training and professional experience Experience as a product manager, ideally in the field of HVAC technology and the system landscape EMS/HEMS/Smart Home/Hybrid/PV systems In the best case, familiar with the industrial environment Standing for occasional missions Good knowledge of English and German (in word and writing) Good MS Office knowledge
