Lead with Vision: Be the role model that your team inspires and sets standards in operational daily business. You convey the vision of our B2B sales solution for car trade with enthusiasm and persuasiveness. Strategic designer: Develop innovative sales strategies and optimize existing processes to ensure the continuous growth of our sales department. Your ideas and initiatives are the fuel for our success. Motivating coach: Analyze reports and set ambitious daily, weekly and monthly targets. You motivate your team to top performance in Inside Sales and celebrate success together. Responsible mentor: Take responsibility for your team. Through regular feedback talks and the use of targeted methods, you promote individual development and targeted control. Talent promoters: In close cooperation with the HR department, you will ensure our growth by aspiring as a key partner in the application process. You conduct interviews and talks for a smooth introduction of new team members.

Found experience in the telesales and ideally passion for the automotive sector multiannual leadership experience of a sales team or in another communicative area with demonstrable success Leadership with sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills and a sense of customer needs High empathy, entrepreneurial thinking, self-employment and joy in the further development of your employees Designed analytical and process-oriented knowledge/ skills to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales objectives Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
