IT Security Manager (m/w/d)

strategically build and shape your job – information security In order to further develop our information security strategically, we create a new key position in the company at ECOMAL. In this role, you can significantly shape the construction and further development of our information security management. Establish information security management: You build the information security process according to ISO 27001 and develop a sustainable information security management system (ISMS). Develop strategy and processes: You develop concepts, processes and work instructions for information security and ensure that You are successfully implemented in the company. Management Advise: You support the management in strategic information security issues and participate in the creation and further development of the security policy. analyse risks and implement measures: you identify security risks, develop appropriate safeguards and ensure their sustainable implementation. Coordinate security projects: You plan and tax security-relevant projects and accompany their implementation throughout the company. Manage IT security incidents: You analyze security incidents, initiate appropriate countermeasures and develop emergency and recovery concepts Contact person*in for audits and partners: You are the central contact person for auditors, certification bodies and external business partners around the topic ISO 27001. Strengthen security awareness: You develop training and awareness-raising activities and actively strengthen the security culture in the company.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or a comparable qualification Alternative IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally focusing on IT security, network security, backup strategies and redundancy concepts A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Communication strength as well as pronounced analysis and problem-solving competence Ready to continue developing
