THE EXPENDITURE Together with the team, you are responsible for the stable operation and the continuous development of our Salesforce platform and develop it along our technical and technical requirements. Together with our specialist departments, you analyze requirements and business processes, advise on suitable salesforce solutions and implement the requirements in sustainable solutions You configure and optimierst Salesforce independently, especially with Flows, Custom Objects, Lightning Pages, Page Layouts, Reports and Dashboards You are responsible for our user, role and authorization management and ensure safe and need-oriented use of the platform You accompany changes from the request to the configuration and the test to the release, and you can participate in structured release and deployment processes You design, coordinate and document system, integration, regression and user acceptance tests You work closely with our Salesforce developers:inside and other internal and external partners:inside and are an important interface between technicality and technology You actively contribute to the further development of our Salesforce platform, optimize existing processes and ensure sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer in the team

THE MATERIALS You can present a completed study with IT focus and/or completed training in the IT environment or have a comparable qualification You have several years of practical experience with Salesforce, ideally in a role as Salesforce Administrator:in, Application Manager:in or Consultant

You have a well-founded knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration and can independently translate professional requirements into suitable Salesforce solutions

You are safe to use Flows, Custom Objects, Lightning Pages, Reports and Dashboards and have a good understanding of the Salesforce data model

You know yourself with the Salesforce permission model as well as user, role and access structures

You have a good technical understanding of interfaces and APIs and can evaluate requirements for integrations together with our developers:inside and technical partners

You bring experience with structured test, release and deployment processes and have a strong quality awareness

You like to work at the interface between specialist and IT, can communicate complex issues in a comprehensible manner and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with different stakeholders

You are familiar with Jira and Confluence as well as agile workings

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder are an advantage – your practical experience with the platform is crucial to us
