This place allows you to work mobile from home to Germany You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and use all relevant possibilities in situ and purpose Using predefined requirements, you will find the right talents for our customers Through your meaningful job advertisements and social media activities, you can sustainably obtain a stable candidate pipeline You use a variety of Active Sourcing options to improve your candidate generation You take the screening and selection of applications and conduct structured interviews You create an appraisal and binding communication with our candidates and candidates for a positive “Candidate Experience”

You have well-founded and multi-year professional experience in recruitment, recruitment and personal advice Advanced knowledge in interview techniques and selection procedures Completed commercial training, study or comparable professional qualification Detectable successes in Active Sourcing – ideally through platforms such as LinkedIn or XING Safe handling of applicant management systems, career pages and relevant recruiting platforms You are perfectly familiar with labour law principles such as GDPR, AGG and other relevant legal requirements In addition, you have knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills
