Further development of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Service Cloud) based on corporate strategy Recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements from the fields Creation and care of the Product Backlog and formulation of User Stories Interface between disciplines, CRM administration and development Analysis and optimization of customer journeys and business processes Detection of improvements from support tickets and user feedback Planning and execution of tests (system, integration and user acceptance tests)

completed studies of economic informatics, business management or comparable qualification Professional experience as a Business Consultant, Product Owner or in a comparable role in the Salesforce environment good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Experience with Jira, Matrix42 and Microsoft 365 analytical and structured working methods as well as distinct problem-solving competence Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity agile or salesforce certifications are desirable very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
