Praktikant (d/w/m) Human Resources im Recruiting Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You support Recruiting (organization and participation in recruitment days, school fairs, onboarding and events). You help with the operational implementation of the corporate strategy in recruiting. You recognize trends in the candidate market, think creative, innovative and 'out of the box'. You support the operating recruiting business (creating and managing job advertisements, visibility and administration of application documents from different target groups). You organize network meetings for interns and students in the group. You work in project support and optimization and independently work on smaller projects. You help with daily business and daily business tasks.

Current university studies in economic/social sciences, psychology, marketing, communication or similar courses. First experience with personnel topics in theory and (ideally) practice. Communication strength, good understanding of text, high degree of self-initiative and joy in independent work. Lots of hand-on mentality and team spirit.
