Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service and maintenance team Organisation, control and optimization of service, maintenance and fault applications Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and quality standards (e.g. DIN, VdS) Contact persons for customers, clients and internal interfaces Operation, Capacity and Resource Planning (Personal, Material, Vehicles) Monitoring of service key figures, dates and budgets Support in offering calculations, maintenance contracts and escalation cases Continuous development of processes and employees

What we expect: Complete technical training in safety technology, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the service area of a funnel company First leadership experience or strong leadership competence Very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: fire alarm systems (BMA) Intrusion systems (EMA) Video surveillance (VÜA) Access control systems (ZUKO)

Organisational strength, enforcement capacity and customer orientation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally service/ERP systems driving licence class B
