IT Service Specialist (m/w/d) Who are we: VR Payment is one of the leading payment providers in Germany and part of the DZ BANK Group. As a specialist for cashless payment of the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, the company offers all payment services from a single source. These include network operation, matching terminals and card acceptance and issuing processing. VR Payment also offers software-based payment solutions for apps, e-commerce and cloud-based omnichannel distribution. Companies of all sizes and industries benefit from this: from bakery around the corner to the international fast restaurant chain. VR Payment is responsible for around 330,000 terminals and 7.4 million credit cards. The company handled 1.27 billion transactions in 2025. More than 450 employees work at the Frankfurt am Main and Ettlingen sites. For these tasks we need your power: First Aid & Tickets: You accept requests by phone/mail/Chat and document them structured in our ticket system. On-site service: You set laptops, monitors and software directly at the workplace and care for the hardware. Analysis & Solution: You carry out the initial analysis and ideally complete your enquiries. Team Work: You work closely with other internal IT teams to make our support processes ever better. System check: You monitor and optimize IT systems and applications. With design: You are actively involved in exciting IT projects. Your qualifications: Subject You have completed a training (e.g. specialist:in system integration) or a comparable qualification in the IT environment. Even if you have just started or gained first experience in IT support, you are gold right with us! Good knowledge of English in word and writing (for documentation and international service providers). First contact points with databases, programming or cashless payment are a plus, but no need! Personal Teamplayer: You are service-oriented and like to work hand in hand in the team. You do tasks in a structured manner and do not give up until the problem is solved. Curiosity: You are passionate about new technologies and have fun learning constantly.
