Operativ: Import and export processing settlement of accreditation transactions Creation of Carnet ATA Creation of certificates of origin Creation and verification of supplier declarations as well as proof of preference Creation of Intrastat Reports

Customs & export control: Compliance with all customs and external economic rules Support for AEO approval Application for customs authorisations Export control Sanction list examination Tariff Preferential law, preferential calculation Communication with main customs offices Monitoring and further development of customs and external economic processes

Organization: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Implementation of internal training Creation and updating of work and process instructions Process optimization Legal monitoring Support for internal and external audits Compliance Management

completed commercial or technical training with a further training in customs and external economic law several years of professional experience in export and customs and export control very good knowledge of international customs, foreign trade and export control law safe handling of ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications independent, structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team capacity analytical thinking
