Your tasks in detail: Responsibility: As a project manager (m/w/d), you assume the economic and technical responsibility for exciting and demanding revitalization projects in the systematized modernisation and refurbishment of existing buildings. Customer support: The qualified contractor and the coordination with authorities and specialist engineers are in your hands. Team leadership: You lead the interdisciplinary project team and jointly manage innovative project processes as a team Negotiating skills: The tendering and awarding activities and the negotiation and commissioning of after-contracting services are coordinated by you. Coordination capacity: You ensure the ready-to-use construction and the final construction removal

Qualified study: You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering (construction) Practical experience: You already have several years of experience in the realisation of construction projects in the field of construction in stock and revitalization Knowledge: You bring knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Soft Skills: You are characterized by high communication and team skills, while possessing enforcement strength and negotiation skills
