Projektcoordinator (w/m/d) lasts in parttime with 20 hours per week.

As part of the joint project HERO – Higher Education through commitment, reflection and orientation supported by the Innovation Foundation, we are looking for a dedicated personality for project coordination at the next possible time. HERO has the goal of systematically combining social engagement as a place of learning and education with academic education. Together with the Nuremberg Technical University of Applied Sciences, the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences develops innovative educational formats that promote democracy competence, social responsibility and scientific reflection.

You independently coordinate the sub-measures to be implemented at the site, maintain work, appointment and action plans and follow the progress of the project You organize and document meetings and project-related work formats as well as workshops, training, networking and transfer events You support the project controlling and the management of resources, prepare key figures and implementation levels for reporting and ensure a comprehensible project documentation You function as an organizational interface between the HERO team, the network and other project participants and support the network, transfer and maintenance activities

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor or comparable degree), preferably in BWL, educational management, social sciences or a comparable subject relevant to activity Multiannual experience in project coordination Experience in third-party administration and project controlling Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Methodology and organizational skills Self-employed, structured and earnings-oriented work Impressive skills in conceptual work and communication and team skills
