Tax and Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and laws in the company Optimization and further development of tax-relevant processes Implementation of tax audits and risk assessments Development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures Training of employees in all departments on tax issues Cooperation with external consultants and tax authorities Advising all Directorates and District Directors on tax matters, processing and assessment of individual issues from different tax areas Participation in the creation of tax returns and calculations Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts for all domestic group companies Accompanying operations, external and special audits and active participation in special projects Support for tax accounting and accounting

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on tax law or in a related area, ideally with a focus on insurance relevant practical experience in tax law or compliance You have an IT affinity that shows themselves in a sovereign handling of MS Office products, especially MS Excel, as well as experiences with analysis programs such as SAS Experiences with a common financial accounting software are advantageous You have a number affinity and are open to process improvements You have their own initiative and an independent and structured way of working a sovereign appearance as well as team spirit and communication skills complete your profile
