Advice on all aspects of operational integration management and support in implementing BEM processes Responsibility for case management in the context of BEM processes including coordination and interface management with internal and external stakeholders Planning and moderation of BEM talks with relevant stakeholders such as BEM lawyers, executives, HR, works council, heavy-handed representation, occupational medicine and social consulting Implementation of solution-oriented discussions and precise and structured documentation of results Cooperation with external bodies and partners such as the German pension insurance and health insurance companies to successfully implement the BEM objectives
