Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You prepare bills in the SLP range and perform them, then process logs and check and release the selected documents You create and monitor the INVOIC (network usage accounting) You process incoming IFTSTA (Ablehnung Delivery Ticket) and REMADV (Related Network Use Accounts) You create independent cancellation/correction calculations You represent or support changes in changes in devices, new sets and shutdowns You take over further supportive accounting tasks and process cases and enquiries from customers:

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You ideally have knowledge of the regulatory framework (GPKE, GeLi-Gas, WiM) You have SAP knowledge (IS-U), which is advantageous You understand complex cases and their final processing You are flexible, resilient, independent and team-capable You have ideally experience in telephone customer service and technical understanding
