Construction site organisation Coordination and monitoring of all processes from start of construction to handover Ensuring the time, cost and quality implementation of all work Organization of material, machinery and equipment for smooth construction Team leadership and cooperation Professional leadership of the construction site team and promotion of clear communication Close coordination with building management, architects and engineers Coordination of subcontractors and other project participants Quality & regulations Compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and safety standards Implementation of high quality requirements in planning and execution Identification of potential for improvement and implementation of appropriate measures Documentation & Reporting Complete documentation of progress Creation of reports and regular information of all project participants

Complete training in construction, ideally as a polish in construction or with comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in construction, also with leading responsibility on construction sites Knowledge of construction sites, construction processes and relevant regulations Leadership with decision-making strength, motivation and clear communication High resilience, enforcing and pronounced communication strength – even in challenging situations Flexibility and pragmatic solution orientation with changing challenges
