Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d)

You qualify customer requests, analyzes requirements and prioritise opportunities for business value and feasibility With your expertise, you design solutions architectures for on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments and implement technical requirements in efficient, technical solutions You support key account management in creating offers, calculations and presentations and accompany the entire offer process Through the implementation of pre-sales demos and proof of concepts, you convince stakeholders and moderate workshops with departments, IT and purchasing, structuring results in resilient decision-making templates You guide IT projects end-to-end, define scope, schedule and budget, and keeps quality, risks and communication in mind You co-ordinate internal and external delivery teams, secure milestones and decreases, and develop target images and roadmaps together with customers – thereby identifying cross/upsell potentials and bringing best practices and knowledge to the team You accompany public tenders, secure deadline and compliance compliance compliance, guide steering committees and prepare decision-makers reports and status reports At the same time, you promote standardization, reuse and portfolio sharpening, and support colleagues as mentor:in our further development in our area

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable training or alternatively have many years of relevant practical experience Multiannual experience in IT consulting belongs to your background – including demonstrable IT project management and pre-sales/distribution experience Very good presentation and moderation skills characterize you to convey both complex IT topics in a comprehensible and targeted manner You have knowledge of Cloud & Platforms (Azure/M365), IT infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network, Security), and Data & Integration (APIs, ETL, Identity/Access) In classic and agile project methods (PRINCE2/PMP, Scrum/Kanban) you are fit and safe in dealing with governance, risk, stakeholder and change management With compliance and security (e.g. ISO 27001, KRITIS/NIS2) you know Team spirit and a good sense for people belong to your strengths – cooperation is of course for you
