Business Analyst, Engineering (m/f/d)

We are looking for a business analyst engineering (m/w/d) for an innovative industrial company in the Greater Ravensburg region. The position is to be filled in full time. You conclude an indefinite contract with the looking industrial company. You analyze, harmonize and optimise engineering processes in the fields of design, product development, sales and project management and drive their digitalization forward You accept technical requirements, develop suitable solution concepts together with the specialist areas and accompany their implementation in PLM, CAD and configuration systems You control IT and digitalization projects independently, from requirement analysis, testing and rollouts to the successful introduction of new solutions You support the standardization of product structures, variant models and technical rules as well as the further development of modern engineering systems You work closely with engineering, IT, product management and external partners, perform impact analyses and ensure high data quality and compliance with governance standards

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, economic engineering, computer science, economic informatics or a comparable discipline You have professional experience in engineering, construction, product development, variant management or digitalization of technical processes You know with PLM, CAD or configuration systems and have a good understanding of product structures, variant logics and engineering data. Ideally, you bring experience with SAP as well as with system integration or digitization projects Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working as well as a pleasure in working with different disciplines
